Before the external camera calibration, please ensure the light source on-site is enough with the well-set white balance and shutter and the manually adjusted aperture and focus.
Do not get too far away from the target while calibrating and configuring the external camera. The higher and the farther the camera target is, the broader the area to detect and the region of the robot to move will be. In this case, it becomes easier for the robot moving to the singularity point or unreachable positions making the camera unable to find the target since the robot is not moving along. As a result, an error appears on the screen for the system delays.
The calibration area must make the camera recognize 5*5 squares on the calibration plate at least, and the FOV exceeding the calibration plate extent at farthest is not recommended.
