Notice at the Surroundings of the Robot Installation

TMflow Software version: All versions.

TM Robot Hardware version: All versions.

Note that older or newer software versions may have different results.

The robot and the control box come with different certificates of IP ratings. Take the respective protection by the situation.

For the Control Box: #

The control box comes with a rating of IP32, but it should still avoid operating in dusty and humid environments. Take extra care if in a conductive dusty environment such as metal cutting chips. (It is recommended the control box stand upright for its IP32 protection assurance.)

For the Robot: #

The robot comes with a rating of IP54. If users change to other light sources, there is no guarantee of the IP54 protection level. (Contacting with liquids containing chemical substances, such as chemical solvents, lubricants, disinfectants, cleaning agents, etc., may damage the shaft joint protective cover or other parts of the robot.)

When connecting robot cable with control box, pay attention to the angle and direction of pins on the connector. Negligence or improper installing may result in damage on pins, signal, power or camera function.

Refer to Installing Your Robot in Hardware Installation Manual for details of the robot installation surroundings and methods.
