What does the relationship between a camera and workstand look like after the camera is horizontally calibrated using TM Landmark?

Examples are valid for:

TMflow Software version: All versions.

TM Robot Hardware version: All versions.

Other specific requirements: None.

Note that older or newer software versions may have different results.

Robot designers and manufacturers give much thought to the absolute and repetitive accuracy of a robot’s position and distance and the application of its vision functions.

You can’t just compensate for the error in a single rotational angle (horizontal), because errors and changes exist in the robot, lighting, workpiece, workstand, materials platform. So, robot design does not prioritize this compensation process but positional accuracy.

This is why a robot undergoes several rigorous tests before it is shipped. Such tests are not conducted on the robot’s rotational angles; they involve using a special vision camera system to calibrate the robot, compensate for the errors in assembly, components, and dimensions, and thus improve the robot’s positional and distance accuracy. Techman Robot invests substantially in positional accuracy and the application of its robot vision systems, and by doing so, it can neutralize environmental effects on the operation of its robots to enhance user experience and deliver better automated solutions.
