How to Prevent Errors from Abnormal Robot Loadings?

Updated on 2026 / 08 / 27

Examples are valid for :
TMflow Software version : HMI 1.80.3300 or above
TM Robot Hardware version : All versions
Other specific requirements : None
Note that older or newer software versions may have different results.

After HMI 1.80.3300, HMI comes with the joint loading diagnosis function (Joint Loading). The system will diagnose whether the payload and speed of each point exceed the loading of the shaft joint after operations, and users can adjust the project points by the system diagnosis result.

When using the robot wall-mounted or upside down, in addition to the correct setting of TCP and Payload based on the assembly status, be sure to use Joint Loading for diagnosis to avoid unexpected errors during operation and extend the shaft joint lifespan.
