Techman Robot Unveils TM AI Cobot at Hannover Messe

Techman Robot has announced the introduction of its TM AI Cobot series at Hannover Messe . TM AI Cobot which combines a powerful and precise robot arm with native AI processing and smart vision in a complete package, ready for deployment in factories, accelerating the transition to Industry 4.0.

TM AI Cobot works on the principle of being smart, simple and safe. By combining visual processing in the robot arm, the AI Cobot can perform inspections, classifications, counting, fast and precise pick and place, AMR, palletizing, complex welding, semi-conductor and product manufacturing, AOI inspections and food service preparation, among many other applications that can be accelerated by AI vision.

NVidia Omniverse Digital twins improves performance

Techman Robot is leveraging with NVIDIA Isaac Sim, a robotics sim platform based on Omniverse, to develop digital twin that enhance the efficiency of robot production line inspection. This collaboration aims to reduce robot programming time by 70% and cycle time by 20%, resulting in significant time and cost savings. Digital twins play a crucial role in supporting collaborative robots by virtually modeling their behavior and work environment. Through accurate simulations of perception and actions within a virtual workspace, collaborative robots can be tested, optimized, and algorithmically improved, leading to transformative changes across various industries.

User-Friendly Innovation to simplify welding solution

Techman Robot is revolutionizing the welding industry with its innovative solution that simplifies the welding process. The user-friendly system features intuitive flow programming, which is streamlined within a single interface, making it accessible even to beginners. The simplicity of the design allows most commands to be executed with built-in end buttons, ensuring ease of operation for all users. Moreover, Techman Robot’s system is designed for compatibility, supporting standard I/O and Modbus connections, which enables it to control a diverse range of welders in the market.
